A renovation is not finished when the contractor leaves. It is finished when the drywall dust is out of the air vents, the paint splatter is off the floor, the sticker residue is off the new windows and the apartment can actually be lived in. We work in stages — rough clean, fine dust removal, then the final detail clean — because construction dust settles for days after the work stops.

Our Process

Site Visit

We see the space after the trades are done, or coordinate with your contractor on the date, and quote the job in writing.

Rough Clean

Debris out, protective film and stickers off, the heavy dust vacuumed from floors, walls and ledges.

Fine Clean

Every surface wiped, every cabinet and fixture cleaned inside and out, glass polished, vents and fixtures dusted.

Final Detail

Once the dust has settled a last time, a full detail clean so the space is ready to be lived in or shown.
